AND UPON the Defendant filing an Application No. CFI-069-2020/1 seeking "to dispense with the requirement for an application notice and grant the Appellant extension of time to register the grounds of appeal and skeleton argument therewith" (the “Application”) on 27 September 2021, which was formally served on the Claimant on 11 October 2021
AND UPON the Claimant indicating his intention to respond to the Application by 25 October 2021
AND UPON the Defendant not objecting to the proposed timeline of 25 October 2021 and upon same being confirmed by the Registry
AND UPON the Claimant and the Defendant having agreed to the terms set forth
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. The Claimant will file and serve its evidence in answer to the Application by 4pm on 28 October 2021.
2. The Defendant/Appellant will file and serve its evidence in answer within 7 days thereafter.
