CONSENT ORDER
UPON the Agreed Amended Case Management Order dated 10 June 2021 (the “CMC Order”)
AND UPON the Claimant and the Defendants having agreed to vary the terms of the CMC Order as set out below
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT:
1. Paragraph 10 of the CMC Order shall be varied to provide that:
“Signed statements of witnesses of fact, and hearsay notices where required, shall be served following the close of the disclosure stage, and in any event by 4pm on 14 November 2021.”
2. Paragraph 11 of the CMC Order shall be varied to provide that:
“Supplementary statements of witnesses of fact shall be served by 4pm on 28 November 2021.”
3. Paragraph 14 of the CMC Order shall be varied to provide that:
“Expert Reports, if any, shall be filed and served by 4pm on 5 December 2021.”
4. Paragraph 15 of the CMC Order shall be varied to provide that:
“Supplemental Expert Reports, if any, shall be filed and served by 4pm on 19 December 2021.”
5. The remainder of the CMC Order shall except as provided above, remain unchanged.
