UPON the Claimant’s application dated 11 June 2020 (the “De Novo Review Application”) to review the order of Judicial Officer Maha Al Mehairi dated 8 June 2020 (the “Order”)
AND UPON and upon reading the papers
IT IS ORDERED THAT:
1. The Order is hereby quashed.
2. The application notice dated 26 April 2020 made by the Defendants (excluding the Second Defendant) to set aside the Default Judgment of Maha Al Mehairi dated 23 October 2019 (“Set Aside Application”) shall be determined at a hearing.
3. The Defendants shall file their reply to the Set Aside Application within 14 days from the date of this Order.
4. Costs in the case.
