UPON the agreed Amended Case Management Conference Order dated 10 June 2021 (the “CMC Order”)
AND UPON the Claimant and the Defendants having agreed to extend the time for filing of the Objections to Requests to Produce until 30 August 2021
AND UPON the Claimant and the Defendants having agreed to vary the terms of the CMC Order as set out below
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. Paragraph 6 of the CMC Order shall be varied to provide that:
“Objections to Request to Produce, if any, shall be filed and served within 14 days thereafter and in any event by 4pm on 30 August 2021.”
