AND UPON the Order of the Registrar Nour Hineidi dated 16 December 2021.
AND UPON the Third Defendant’s application for an extension of time to serve evidence in reply to the Claimant’s evidence in answer to the Immediate Judgment Application.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Third Defendant shall file evidence in reply to the Claimant’s evidence in answer to the Immediate Judgment Application by 4pm on 3 January 2022.
2. Costs in the case.
