AND UPON reviewing the Claimant’s Reply to the Application dated 1 June 2020 filed by counsel for the Claimant
AND UPON reviewing the Rules of the DIFC Courts (“RDC”)
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Default Judgment is set aside.
2. The Claimant shall file and serve its Statement of Case and Particulars of Claim within 14 days from the date of this Order.
3. The Defendants shall file and serve their Defence(s) to the Statement of Case and Particulars of Claim within 28 days after service of the Particulars of Claim.
