AND UPON reviewing the witness statement of Diego Carmona together with Exhibit DC1 filed in support of the Application
AND UPON reading the documents recorded on the Court file
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1.Pursuant to RDC 7.21, the deadline for service within which the Claim Form may be served on the Third to Eighth Defendants shall be extended by a period of six months to 17 October 2019.
2. Pursuant to RDC 9.31, the Claimant shall be permitted to serve the proceedings herein on the Third to Eighth Defendants by way of publication.
3. The costs of and incidental to this application shall be costs in the case.
