UPON the Case Management Order of H.E Justice Nassir Al Nasser dated 13 May 2024 giving directions for the claim (the “Directions Order”)
AND UPON the parties’ agreement.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. The deadline in Paragraph 1 of the Directions Order for standard production of documents shall be varied to 4pm on 21 June 2024.
2. The parties shall have liberty to apply.
