UPON the Case Management Order of H.E Justice Nassir Al Nasser dated 13 May 2024 giving directions for this claim (the “Directions Order”)
AND UPON the parties having given standard production of documents on 26 June 2024
AND UPON the Defendants’ request to give supplemental production.
AND UPON the parties’ agreement.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. Supplemental production may be made by each party by no later than 4pm on 26 July 2024.
2. The deadline in Paragraph 2 of the Directions Order in respect of Requests to Produce shall be varied to 4pm on 19 August 2024.
3. The deadline in Paragraph 3 of the Directions Order in respect of Objections to Requests to Produce shall be varied to 4pm on 2 September 2024.
4. The deadline in Paragraph 4 of the Directions Order in respect of the production of documents responsive to Requests to Produce shall be varied to 4pm on 2 September 2024.
5. The deadline in Paragraph 5 of the Directions Order in respect of applying for Document Productions Orders shall be varied to 4pm on 30 September 2024.
6. The parties shall have liberty to apply.
