UPON the Application No. CFI-070-2022/3 dated 15 August 2024 filed by Clyde & Co LLP seeking an order declaring that Clyde & Co LLP has ceased to act as the legal representative for Liberty Steel Group Ltd and Liberty Fe Trade DMCC in respect of DIFC Claim No. CFI-070-2022 (the “Application”)
AND UPON reviewing the Witness Statement of Rebecca Kelly of Clyde & Co LLP dated 15 August 2024 filed in support of the Application
AND UPON reviewing the Rules of the DIFC Courts (the “RDC”), and in particular, RDC 37.11
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Application is granted.
2. With effect from 14 August 2024, Clyde & Co LLP ceased to be the legal representative of Liberty Steel Group Ltd and Liberty Fe Trade DMCC in the DIFC Claim No. CFI-070-2022.
3. Clyde & Co LLP shall provide the Registry with the contact details of Liberty Steel Group Ltd and Liberty Fe Trade DMCC by no later than 7 days from the date of this Order.
4. There shall be no order as to costs.
