UPON the parties having entered into a consent order dated 8 May 2023 recording the Defendant’s consent to the Claimant amending his Particulars of Claim dated 17 October 2022 pursuant to RDC 18.2(1), and agreeing directions for the filing of the Defendant’s Acknowledgment of Service and the parties’ respective statements of case (the “Consent Order”)
AND UPON the Defendant having filed its Acknowledgment of Service on 5 October 2023 in accordance with the Consent Order, and thereby consenting to the jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. The Claimant shall file and serve his Amended Particulars of Claim by no later than 4pm on Thursday, 9 November 2023.
2. The Defendant shall file and serve its Defence within 28 days of service of the Amended Particulars of Claim.
3. The Claimant shall file and serve a Reply within 21 days of service of the Defence.
4. Costs shall be costs in the case.
5. The parties shall have liberty to apply.
