IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Claimants’ witness is granted permission to give evidence by way of video link at the trial scheduled for 9 June 2021.
2. The Claimants are granted permission to amend the particulars of damage and serve it on the Defendant within 7 days.
3. The Claimants are granted permission to amend the heading in the First Witness Statement of Mr Saif Al Zarouni to reflect the correct name of the Defendant and to serve the amended copy on the Defendant.
4. The Defendant is directed to provide the Registry with an authorization letter.
5. Costs in the case.
