AND UPON the Court not being satisfied that the request sought in the Application was part of the Claim filed in accordance with Part 7 of the Rules of the DIFC Courts (“RDC”)
AND UPON considering the RDC
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Application is dismissed
2. No order as to costs.
