CONSENT ORDER
UPON the Judgment of Justice Sir Peter Gross dated 14 May 2023 (the “Judgment”)
AND UPON paragraph 7 of the Judgment which ordered EIC to pay the Claimants 80% of their costs of and relating to the Preliminary Issues (PI) and PIs Trial on the standard basis, to be subject to detailed assessment by the Registry unless agreed by 11 June 2024
AND UPON the parties agreeing to the terms of this Consent Order
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. The deadline for EIC to pay the Claimants 80% of their costs of and relating to the PI and PIs Trial on the standard basis, to be subject to detailed assessment by the Registry unless agreed is extended until 4pm GST on 25 June 2024.
2. The parties shall have liberty to apply.
