UPON reviewing the Witness Statement of Victoria Maged Khaled in support of the application
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. Pursuant to RDC 9.31, the Claimant is granted permission to serve Claim No. CFI 080/2018 (the "Claim") on the Defendant by the alternative method of service set out in paragraphs 2 of this Order.
2. The Claimant is to serve a copy of the Claim Form and a copy of this Order, together with Arabic translations, by e-mail to the following addresses:

3. The Claim will be considered served on the Defendants on the same business day as it is sent by email in accordance with paragraphs 2 of this Order if sent before 4pm that day, otherwise on the business day after the day on which it is sent.
