AND UPON the Defendant being required to file its reply evidence to the Application on or before 24 August 2021 by operation of RDC 23.41 (the “Deadline”)

AND UPON the agreement of the parties to extend the said Deadline

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:

1. The Defendant is permitted to file its reply evidence by 4pm on Thursday, 26 August 2021.
