AND UPON the Order of the Registrar issued on 13 June 2021 granting the Appellant a retrospective extension of time to file the Permission Application
AND UPON reviewing all relevant documents recorded on the Court file
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Permission Application is granted on the basis that there is some compelling reason to grant the Appeal.
