IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY THAT:
1. Mahmood Hussain Advocates and Legal Consultants has ceased to be the legal representative of the Claimant in the proceedings.
2. Mahmood Hussain Advocates and Legal Consultants shall provide to the Registry, by no later than 4pm on Wednesday, 4 July 2019, contact details belonging to the Claimant.
3. Costs of this Application are to be paid by the Claimant.
