AND UPON reviewing the Claimant’s and Defendants’ Request to Produce pursuant to Rule 28.16 of the Rules of the DIFC Courts filed on 8 April 2019 (the “Request”)
AND UPON reviewing the Claimant’s objections to the Defendants’ Request to Produce filed on 15 April 2019
AND UPON the Defendants’ failure to file objections to the Claimant’s Request to Produce
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1.The Parties shall produce the following Requests by no later than 4pm on Monday, 6 May 2019.
2, The Defendants shall produce all the Requests in the Claimant’s Redfern Schedule.
3. The Claimant shall produce Request No. 5 in the Defendants’ Redfern Schedule.
4. The Claimant shall provide a witness statement for Request No. 3 in the Defendants’ Redfern Schedule.
5. The Defendants’ Requests 1, 2, 4 are denied.
6. The parties shall have liberty to apply.
7. Costs shall be costs in the case.
