UPON considering the Claimant’s application pursuant to Part 23 dated 20 October 2020 (the “Service Application”) to serve the Claimant’s Part 8 Application dated 20 October 2020 (the “Part 8 Application”) on the Defendants by alternative means
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Claimant be permitted to serve the First Defendant with the Part 8 Application by either of the following methods:
1.1 by using the following email address: info@hsk.ae; and
1.2 by Whatsapp, using the following mobile number: +971 50 641 7059.
2. The Claimant be permitted to serve the Second Defendant with the Part 8 Application by either of the following methods:
2.1 by using the following email address: info@hsk.ae; and
2.2 by Whatsapp, using the following mobile number: +971 50 641 7059.
3. Service of the Second Defendant shall be deemed good and valid service of the First Defendant, noting that the Second Defendant is acting for the First Defendant in his capacity as General Power of Attorney in relation to the First Defendant’s account with the Claimant and the person who shall have full powers in all dealings with the Claimant in relation to the account.
