UPON the agreement of the Claimants and the Defendant
BY CONSENT, IT IS ORDERED THAT:
1. The interim injunctions granted by paragraphs 3 and 5 of the Consent Order dated 26 February 2020 are hereby discharged.
2. The Agreed Confidentiality Club Order dated 10 May 2021 is hereby discharged and all “Authorised Persons” (as defined in that Order) are released from their undertakings given to the Court.
3. All further proceedings in this claim be stayed upon the terms set out in the schedule hereto, except for the purpose of carrying such terms into effect.
4. Each party shall have liberty to apply to the court if the other party does not give effect to the terms set out in the Settlement Agreement contained in the schedule to this Order.
5. There be no Order as to costs of the proceedings or any part of them.
