UPON the Case Management Order of H.E. Justice Nassir Al Nasser dated 27 March 2024 (the “CMO”)
AND UPON reviewing Part 28 of the Rules of the DIFC Couts (“RDC”)
AND UPON the Applicant’s Application No. CFI-087-2022/5 dated 23 May 2024 for a Document Production Order made by the Defendant with supporting evidence (the “Application”)
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Claimants must produce the documents requested by the Defendant in Requests 1 to 18, 20 to 21, 24 to 44, 46 to 47, 49 to 55. 57 to 60, and 62 to 72 of the Defendant’s Requests for Production to the Claimants dated 4 April 2024.
2. The Claimants must produce the documents ordered to be produced in this Order within 12 days of this Order.
3. The Claimants shall file a document production statement within 12 days of this Order.
