IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Application granted.
2. The Order be stayed pending the determination of the Claimants’ Appeal Notice dated 26 June 2024.
3. The parties shall have liberty to apply.
4. Costs of this Application shall be costs in the appeal.
