AND UPON the Court issuing the Consent Order dated 29 March 2024
AND UPON the Parties having agreed to the terms set fourth in this Consent Order
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. By consent, the parties agree that paragraph 11 (d) of the Case Management Order shall be amended as follows:
(a) The experts shall prepare and file a joint memorandum pursuant to RDC 31.63 by 4pm GST on 27 August 2024.
