UPON considering the Fifth Defendant’s Application dated 26 July 2022 for adjournment of Case Management Conference to be held on 3 August and accordingly to postpone the date to lodge the documents with DIFC Courts being 28 July 2022.
AND UPON considering the consent given by the Claimant for the above Application.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Fifth Defendant’s Application for the adjournment of Case Management Conference and documents lodging with DIFC Courts is granted.
2. The CMC is re-listed to be held at 11am on 7 September 2022 before H.E. Justice Maha Al Mheiri.
3. All documents for the Case Management Conference must be lodged with the DIFC Courts by no later than 4pm on 1 September 2022.
