UPON the parties agreeing the terms of this Order
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. These proceedings are stayed for a period of six weeks from the date of this Order.
2. The deadlines set out at paragraphs 1 to 5 of the Agreed Case Management Order dated 23 December 2020 are each extended by a period of six weeks.
3. The period for the parties to agree costs, as referred to at paragraph 5 of the Order of H.E. Justice Shamlan Al Sawalehi dated 19 April 2020, expires six weeks from the date of this Order.
4. All parties have liberty to approach the Court at any time to resume the proceedings.
