IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. The time for filing and serving the Claimants’ Reply to Defence and Defence to Counterclaim is extended to 4pm GST on the day two weeks following receipt by the Claimants from the Defendant of all documents that may be ordered to be produced (or provided for inspection) in the Application.
2. There shall be no order as to costs.
