3. The deadline set out in paragraph 3 of the CMC Order shall be extended to 4pm (GST) on Friday 29 November 2024.
4. The deadline set out in paragraph 4 of the CMC Order shall be extended to 4pm (GST) on Friday 13 December 2024.
5. Costs shall be costs in the case.
