UPON the terms of the Amended Consent Order dated 21 October 2024 (the “Amended Consent Order”) extending the deadline set out in paragraph 2 of the CMC Order to 4pm (GST) on Friday 15 November 2024.
AND UPON the Claimants and the Defendant agreeing to the terms of this Consent Order
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. The deadline set out in paragraph 2 of the CMC Order, as amended by the Amended Consent Order, shall be further extended to 4pm (GST) on Monday 18 November 2024.
2. Costs shall be costs in the case.
