UPON the agreement of the Claimant and the Defendant/ Part 21 Claimant
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. The time by which the Claimant shall file and serve its Reply and Defence to Counterclaim shall be extended until 4pm on Sunday 24 January 2021.
2. The Defendant has permission to file and serve an Amended Defence, Counterclaim and Additional Claim correcting a typographical error in the name of the Additional Defendant in the Defence, Counterclaim and Additional Claim dated 6 December 2020, so that the name of the Additional Defendant reads “CHICAGO MAINTENANCE & CONSTRUCTION Co. LLC”.
