AND UPON the Parties having agreed the terms of this Consent Order
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. The deadline in paragraph 1 of the Consent Order dated 11 November 2024 shall be varied to 4pm (GST) on Friday, 15 November 2024.
2. The deadline in paragraph 2 of the Consent Order dated 11 November 2024 shall be varied to 4pm (GST) on Friday, 22 November 2024.
3. Each party shall bear its own costs.
