AND UPON the Parties having agreed the terms of this Consent Order
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. The deadline in paragraph 9 of the CMC Order shall be varied to 4pm (GST) on Wednesday, 13 November 2024.
2. The deadline in paragraph 10 of the CMC Order shall be varied to 4pm (GST) on Wednesday, 20 November 2024.
3. The deadline in paragraph 11 of the CMC Order shall be varied to 4pm (GST) on Monday, 25 November 2024.
