1. The Request is prohibited by RDC 13.1(1) and 13.1(2) as the Defendant has filed an Acknowledgment of Service on 29 November 2020 (RDC 13.4) and the time to file a defence has not yet expired.

ACCORDINGLY IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT the Request is denied.
