UPON the Claimants’ Application No. CFI-105-2021/4 dated 13 May 2024 seeking an order that the Defendants pay the Claimants’ costs on of the proceedings on a standard basis and a payment on account (the “Claimants’ Application”)
AND UPON the Consent Order dated 13 August 2024
AND UPON the Parties having agreed to the terms set forth in this Consent Order
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. All Parties have reached an amicable settlement of all of the Claimants’ costs of these proceedings, including the costs of the Claimants’ Application.
2. The terms of the settlement are recorded in a separate Settlement Agreement, which remain confidential to the Parties.
3. The proceedings (including the Claimants’ Application) under the above referenced case number CFI-105-2021 are withdrawn and/or are discontinued against the Defendants.
4. The costs of these proceedings, including the costs of the Claimants’ Application are as per the agreed terms of the Settlement Agreement.
