BY CONSENT IT IS ORDERED THAT:
1. The date for providing the single consolidated Application Bundle, to the Registry, shall be extended from 4pm on 2 June 2022 to 4pm on 6 June 2022.
2. The date for providing the single consolidated Bundle of Authorities, to the Registry, shall be extended from 4pm on 2 June 2022 to 4pm on 6 June 2022.
3. The date for providing the List of Issues for the Hearing, to the Registry, shall be extended from 4pm on 2 June 2022 to 4pm on 6 June 2022.
4. No order as to costs.
