UPON the issuance of the orders issued by Justice Sir Peter Gross dated 16 June 2022 concerning the parties’ submissions in relation to the Claimant’s Amendment Application CFI-106-2021/2
UPON the issuance of the consent order issued by Justice Sir Peter Gross dated 15 July 2022 concerning the parties’ submissions in relation to the Claimant’s Amendment Application CFI-106-2021/2
UPON the Claimant having made its further submissions pursuant to the above orders on 21 July 2022 and the Defendants having responded on 25 August 2022
AND UPON the parties having agreed that the parties shall be permitted to submit limited reply submissions prior to the hearing of the Claimant’s Amendment Application CFI-106-2021/2 on 25 October 2022
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. The Claimant is to file any further submissions and authorities (limited to replying to the Defendants’ submission dated 25 August 2022), by 4pm on 8 September 2022.
2. Within 2 weeks thereafter, by 4pm on 22 September 2022, the Defendants are to file any further submissions and authorities (to be limited to replying to the Claimant’s further submission dated 8 September 2022).
3. The e-Bundle for the hearing of the Claimant’s Amendment Application is to be updated with all further submissions and authorities by 4pm on Thursday 29 September 2022.
4. There be no order as to costs.
