AND UPON the Defence with Counterclaim filed on 22 June 2023
AND UPON the ongoing Trial that commenced on 21 October 2024 in the DIFC Courts before Justice Michael Black KC (the “Judge”) with counsel for the Claimant and counsel for the Defendant in attendance (the “Parties’ Legal Representatives”)
AND UPON the Judge’s direction to conduct a visit to the Museum of the Future (the “Museum”) to view its exterior for the purpose of the evidence-gathering process in the Trial.
AND UPON the Museum being a Government building managed by the Dubai Future Foundation
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT the Judge, DIFC Courts employees, and the Parties’ Legal Representatives shall conduct a visit to the Museum at 8:30am on Tuesday, 29 October 2024.
