AND UPON the Registrar’s direction made by way of email on 21 February 2022 to transfer the claim to Part 7 claim
AND UPON the Claimants’ request for consolidation of cases CFI-107-2021 and CFI-108-2021 by way of email to the Registry on 28 February 2022 (the “Request”)
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Request is dismissed.
2. The Claim is transferred to a Part 7 Claim Form and shall be progressed through the procedure applicable to Part 7 claims pursuant to the DIFC Court Rules (“RDC”).
3. The Claimants shall file the amended Part 7 Claim Form and the amended Particulars of Claim on the Defendants.
4. The Claimants shall serve the amended Part 7 Claim Form and the amended Particulars of Claim pursuant to Part 9 of the Rules of the DIFC Courts.
