ORDER OF EXECUTION IN DUBAI
THIS ORDER OF EXECUTION WAS ISSUED by H.E. Justice Ali Al Madhani of the Judicial Authority of the Dubai International Financial Centre ("DIFC Courts"), Ground Level, Building 4, Dubai - UAE on 18th January 2010 on the written application of Jad Al Fares dated 5th January 2010.
The names and addresses for enforcement are:
a) Amanah Xdata, Office 240, Building 16, Dubai Internet City, Dubai, UAE ; and
b) Amanah Xdata, Etisalat TCN Data Centre, behind the Fairmont Hotel, Level 2, Racks F4 and F5, Dubai, UAE.
BY ORDER OF THE COURTS
TO: Amna Alowais, a person authorised to enforce Orders of execution issued from the DIFC Courts.
YOU ARE NOW COMMANDED to seize in execution the goods, chattels and other property of the Defendant as authorised by law and raise therefrom the sums detailed in the Schedule, and after execution to pay the Claimant, Jad Al Fares the said sums.
YOU ARE ALSO COMMANDED to endorse on this Order after execution a statement of the manner in which you have executed it and send a copy of the statement to the Defendant.
