ORDERNOTICE: You must obey this Order. If you do not, you may be fined for contempt of Court.UPON reading the application or an Order requiring the Judgment Debtor to attend the Court;
IT IS ORDERED THAT:
1. Mr. Jack Fleifel must attend the Court at 10am on Wednesday, 09 March 2011.
2. At that time, Mr. Jack Fleifel to produce the following:
a. All documents relevant to the financial status of the Judgment Debtor; including audited financials
b. Bank account records and statements
c. Lease Agreements between the Judgment Creditor and third parties, including in relation to leases of the Judgment Debtor's real property.
d. Title deeds to all property and assets owned by the Judgment Debtor.
3. At that time, Mr. Jack Fleifel to answer on oath such questions as the Court may require.
