ORDER OF EXECUTION IN DUBAI THIS ORDER OF EXECUTION WAS ISSUED by H.E. Justice Ali Al Madhani of the Judicial Authority of the Dubai International Financial Centre ("DIFC Courts"), Ground Level, Building 4, Dubai - UAE on 11th February 2010 on the written application of Khalid Sweidan dated 23rd January 2010. The name and address for enforcement is Lumidiem Limited, Burjuman Business Tower, Level 19, Suite 1906, Dubai, UAE. BY ORDER OF THE COURTS TO: Ghada Qaisi Audi, a person authorised to enforce Orders of execution issued from the DIFC Courts. YOU ARE NOW COMMANDED to seize in execution the goods, chattels and other property of the Defendant as authorised by law and raise therefrom the sums detailed in the Schedule, and after execution to pay the Claimant, Khalid Sweidan the said sums. YOU ARE ALSO COMMANDED to endorse on this Order after execution a statement of the manner in which you have executed it and send a copy of the statement to the Defendant. H.E. EIBOR is in reference to the EIBOR three months' reference rate as at the date of judgment.
