EXECUTION ORDERUPON REVIEWING (1) the Applicant's application to enforce a foreign judgment by letter dated 17 January 2011, (2) the Kingdom of Bahrain Judgment number 15/2011/235/6 issued by the Family Courts on 30/11/2011, (3) the Power of Attorney issued by the Minors Affairs Directorate - Ministry of Justice and Islamic Affairs in the Kingdom of Bahrain dated 2nd of January 2012 with Serial No. 2012000041 pursuant to the Resolution of the Board of Minors' Funds Custody, (4) the Rules of the DIFC Courts, (5) the 1983 Convention on Judicial Co-operation between States of the Arab League and (6) the 1995 Protocol on the Enforcement of Judgments Letters Rogatory and Judicial Notices issued by the Courts of the Member States of the Arab Gulf Co-operation Council.
IT IS ORDERED THAT:
1. The Respondents are to enforce the judgment and the resolution above mentioned that relate to accounts of Ms. Lulwa Mohamed Ali Al Zayani, of Bahraini nationality and holder of ID Card No. 310104009, including the account GANATY FOUNDATION, with immediate effect.
