AND UPON reviewing the Respondent’s response to the Application dated 10 January 2021(the “Respondent’s Response”)
AND UPON the Court’s general case management powers set out in Part 4 of the Rules of the DIFC Court
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT the Application is rejected on the basis that the reasons set out in the Respondent’s Response, for non-provision of Documents to the Third Party, are more compelling that the reasons set out by the Third Party in its Application for the provision of documents.
