UPON reviewing a letter application filed by Watson Farley & Williams, on behalf of its client, Citibank N.A., London Branch, dated 17 December 2020 requesting copies of the case pleadings, judgments and orders (“Documents”) in Claim No. ENF-221-2019 (the “Application”)
AND UPON reviewing the Respondent’s response to the Application dated 10 January 2021
AND UPON the Order of the Registrar Nour Hineidi dated 2 February 2021 made in respect of the Application
AND UPON internal inquiries being conducted by the Registrar on reasons why the proceedings in ENF-221-2021 are marked private
AND UPON the Registrar’s email direction to the parties, sent on 8 February 2021, that the proceedings in ENF-221-2021 will be marked public absent an application, by 11 February 2021, from either party to keep the case private
AND UPON reviewing the Sharjah Electricity and Water Authority’s (“SEWA”) Application No. ENF-221-2019/1, filed on 11 February 2021 (but dated 14 February 2021), requesting that the proceedings in case no. ENF-221-2019 be marked private (the “Privacy Application”)
AND UPON reviewing FAL Oil Company’s (“FAL”) reply to the Privacy Application filed on 24 February 2021
AND UPON reviewing SEWA’s response to FAL’s reply, filed on 4 March 2021
AND UPON the Order of the Registrar Nour Hineidi dated 9 March 2021 made in respect of the Privacy Application
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT the Order of the Registrar Nour Hineidi issued on 2 February 2021 is now varied to read:
The Application is redundant on the basis that the proceedings in ENF-221-2021 are now marked public.
