UPON reviewing the Sharjah Electricity and Water Authority’s (“Applicant” or “SEWA”) Application No. ENF-221-2019/1, filed on 14 February 2021, requesting that the proceedings in case no. ENF-221-2019 be marked private (the “Application”)
AND UPON reviewing FAL Oil Company’s (“FAL” or “Respondent”) reply to the Application filed on 24 February 2021
AND UPON reviewing SEWA’s response to FAL’s reply, filed on 4 March 2021
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Application is dismissed.
2. SEWA is to pay FAL’s costs of the Application to be immediately assessed upon FAL’s filing of its Statement of Costs due by 4pm on 16 March 2021.
3. Reasons for this order will be provided at the request of a party to these proceedings. Any such request is to be made within 3 days from the date of this Order.
