UPON the Order of the Registrar Nour Hineidi dated 9 March 2021 dismissing the Respondent’s Application No. ENF-221-2019/1 dated 14 February 2021 and ordering an immediate assessment of the Applicant’s costs to be paid by the Respondent.
AND UPON reviewing the Applicant’s Statement of Costs dated 16 March 2021
AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH the Registrar’s Direction No. 1 of 2017 – Indicative Hourly Legal Charges
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Applicant’s costs are immediately assessed in the amount of AED 43,941.88.
2. The Respondent shall pay the abovementioned amount to the Application within 14 days of the date of this Order.
