AND UPON the Defendant’s failure to file its Points of Dispute, pursuant to Rule 40.15 of the RDC, within 21 days from the date the Claimant filed the Notice of Commencement of Assessment pursuant to Rule 40.15
AND UPON reviewing all other relevant case documents filed in this matter
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Request is granted.
2. The Defendant is ordered to pay a total USD 169,894.60 within 21 days from the date of this Order.
