CONSENT ORDER
UPON the Order of Justice Sir Richard Field dated 19 December 2021 (as communicated to the parties via e-mail from the DIFC Courts Registry on 19 December 2021 at 8:29 am) directing that:
(1) the first round of the parties’ closing submissions be filed and exchanged by 4pm on Monday 14 February 2022; and
(2) the parties’ written closing submissions in reply be filed and exchanged by 4pm on Monday 7 March 2022
(the “Order”)
AND UPON the Consent Order dated 14 February 2022 directing that:
(1) the deadline for filing and exchange of the first round of the parties’ written closing submissions be varied to 4pm on Wednesday 16 February 2022; and
(2) the deadline for filing and exchange of the parties’ written closing submissions in reply be varied to 4pm on Wednesday 9 March 2022
AND UPON the parties having agreed to vary further the terms of the Order
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. The deadline for the parties to file and exchange written closing submissions in reply shall be extended to 4pm on Tuesday, 15 March 2022.
2. Costs in the case.
3. Liberty to apply.
4. The Order is accordingly varied to include and reflect the above orders and timetable.
