UPON the Amended Case Management Order of Justice Sir Richard Field dated 22 June 2021 (the “Amended CMC Order”)
AND UPON the Registry’s listing of the trial for the period of 5 days from 23 November 2021 (the “Trial”)
AND UPON the Registry’s email dated 8 July 2021, timed 14:55, providing that the Parties shall file the eBundle, skeleton arguments and any other documents to be relied on during the course of Trial by no later than 4:00pm on 25 October 2021
AND UPON the parties agreeing to vary the Amended CMC Order
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. The parties shall file and serve the eBundle, and any documents to be relied on during the course of the Trial by 4:00pm on 9 November 2021.
2. Paragraph 16 of the Amended CMC Order shall be varied to provide that the parties shall file and exchange skeleton arguments by 4:00pm on 16 November 2021.
