AND UPON reviewing Application Notice TCD-003-2019/3 dated 14 April 2020 filed by counsel for the Claimant seeking that the Defendant pay the Claimant’s specific costs of the Default Judgment and of the First Application (The “Second Application”)
AND UPON reviewing the Rules of the DIFC Courts (“RDC”)
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Default Judgment to be set aside.
2. The Defendant shall pay the Claimant’s costs of and occasioned by Default Judgment and the First Application, such costs to be assessed if not agreed.
